At Memify, our number one priority is privacy. We believe the less we know about you, the better. This is for both parties benefit as it is impossible to lose, misuse, or abuse information that we don’t have.

Access and Minimization

All photos used in Memify only stays in the app. We don't keep or collect any data related to personal info. We will also note that photo access is the only functionality you need to run the app. And until further notice, this is the only way you will upload all photos to Memify.

Use and Data Sharing

We do not and will never distribute or sell data to any third parties. Like we said before, your privacy is our number one priority and will always be kept safe for your peace of mind.

Usage Analytics

This app only collects minimal data to keep our business running. Right now this includes:

• first launches of the app.
• number of users and sessions.
• time spent on the app.
• any non-user related crash logs.
• operating systems including device used.
• general location of the device.

User Rights

You have several rights that applies under certain conditions. This includes the right to:

• request access to your personal data.
• deny the proccessing of your personal data
• request correction to your personal data.
• request to transfer data to another data controller.
• request erasure of your personal data.

Policy towards children

As per the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), if we find out that you are under 13, any data related to you will immediately be deleted. If you are under 18, please ask your guardians for consent before using Memify. Please note that Memify is an app intended for all ages as long as guardian grants the permission on the use of this app beforehand.

Do Not Track

We currently are not in association with any "Do Not Track" frameworks that would allow us to respond to signals or other mechanisms from you regarding the collection of your information. Like we said before, we do not engage in any other third parties to keep your data safe.

Privacy Policy Changes

We may modify or update the policy from time to time, in which case we will notify you before any changes take effect by posting the updated policy through Service means or in accordance with applicable law.
